Accounts Solutions is an ISO 9001:2015 certified professional training institute specialising in practical accounting, taxation and SAP/Tally‑based career programs for commerce and non‑commerce learners in Kerala. The institute is headquartered in Perinthalmanna, Malappuram district, with additional centres in Nilambur and Manjeri to serve students across the region. Since its founding in 2013, Accounts Solutions has focused on bridging the gap between classroom theory and real‑world accounting practice through industry‑aligned training.
Co-Founder & CEO
Shabeeb Alungal is a finance professional and entrepreneur with over 18 years of experience in accounting, taxation, corporate finance, and skill development. He holds an MBA in Finance and began his professional journey in the hospitality sector before transitioning into accounting education and later corporate finance roles in Kochi.
Rising from Accountant to Accounts Manager, he gained extensive hands-on expertise in bookkeeping, GST compliance, financial reporting, and corporate accounting systems.In 2013, after identifying the gap between theory-heavy commerce degrees and real industry expectations, he founded Accounts Solutions in Perinthalmanna with a vision to create a practical, placement-oriented accounting ecosystem.
Today, as Founder & CEO of Accounts Solutions and Founder of Journals Accounting Services, he leads a structured bridge between education and industry practice.
Through integrated ERP training, AI-driven accounting modules, and real-time compliance exposure, he ensures students are not just academically qualified, but professionally competent and career-ready.

Riyas Babu is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Accounts Solutions, a leading accounting institute in India focused on job-oriented accounting training. With over 12 years of industry experience, he specializes in GST compliance, TDS management, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
Having worked as an Accountant and Accounts Manager across Indian firms, he has managed complete accounting cycles, including GST filing, TDS returns, payroll administration, and financial statement preparation. His practical exposure ensures that every practical accounting course reflects real workplace requirements.
As COO, he focuses on operational excellence, structured systems, performance monitoring, and maintaining high training standards aligned with current workplace accounting practices.

Teaching Methodology
Our Teaching Philosophy
The teaching philosophy of Accounts Solutions is that accounting is best learned by doing, not just by reading. Each course is designed to mirror the sequence of tasks in a real office environment, so students build muscle memory in handling routine and specialised accounting work.
Step‑by‑Step Learning Flow
Learners first build clarity in fundamental concepts such as journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, profit and loss statements and balance sheets, ensuring that even non‑commerce students gain confidence in core accounting language.
After basics, students move into structured labs using TallyPrime and SAP FICO/B1 to replicate end‑to‑end transaction cycles including purchase, sales, inventory and finance operations. Emphasis is placed on understanding both configuration and daily operations.
Courses incorporate preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS and TCS, income tax workings, payroll calculations, ESI and EPF contributions, UAE VAT and corporate tax forms where relevant. Learners practise using realistic business documentation, slips and vouchers to understand how data flows into compliance reports.
Integrated projects require students to handle the complete accounting cycle for simulated or anonymised businesses, from opening balances and daily transactions to monthly closing, reconciliations and compliance tasks.
Dedicated sessions cover communication skills, interview techniques, workplace etiquette, resume building and mock interviews so that students are prepared to present themselves effectively during placement drives.
